Tastes just like a baked apple turnover, without the mess. The apple chunks are crisp and the cereal stays crunchy in milk.
The real apple pieces are a nice surprise—they add a fresh tartness that balances the sweet cereal. It actually reminds me of eating a warm apple turnover, just without the pastry.
The real apple pieces make a huge difference—they're tart and chewy, not just a sprinkle of dried dust. I actually look forward to breakfast now, the turnover flavor is warm and not overly sweet.
